In a blender combine: 2/3 cup Pina Loca
1/3 cup mint leaves
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
2 cups crushed ice

1.5 oz Pina Loca
2 oz lemon juice
.5 oz orange liqueur
.75 oz ginger agave syrup
2 oz club soda
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Add the club soda to the cocktail shaker. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Marigold and a Pina Loca lollipop.

1 egg white
1 pinch salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker tin. Dry shake (i.e. without ice) for 10 seconds. Fill the shaker half full with ice. Shake for an additional 15 seconds. Strain over ice into a double rocks glass. Garnish with chili flakes.
